THE CELEBRATION OF AN INFORMATIVE DAY ON THE GRAFTING IS PLANNED IN AUGUST

The grafting date will depend on the temperatures, being necessary to do it successfully that there is no increase in temperature between night and day of 10 ºC, that is to say, that during the day it does not rise from 33-34 ºC and during the night that it does not drop below 20ºC. From the Cooperative we are committed to the cultivation of pistachio as an alternative to our agricultural system, but we understand that to face this crop with guarantee, training is essential. Thus, we did a seminar on pruning in March, and we want to carry out a workshop on grafting in the month of August, provided there is sufficient demand from farmers who want to attend. Emphasize that pistachio grafting work is necessary and with some important work possibilities, since it is currently very scarce. To organize the day, you must pre-register at the Cooperative during the month of July, the expected date being the second half of August. The activity would take place in an afternoon, in which there would be a theoretical and a practical part, to be carried out in the campus of mothers' feet that the Cooperative has in its facilities in Los Gredales.
