Almazara
The extra virgin olive oil produced in our mill came from the most traditional crop in our Sierra.

Pistachio cultivation

API CEREALS
It is making a great effort in obtaining high quality cereals, The result of this is born from the 2017 Integrated Production Association in Winter Cereals. The goal is to produce API parameters taking into account quality and sustainability, having for this service and expert advice accredited for Integrated Production. This advice focuses on:

- Technical recommendations on handling the overall Cereal (subscriber, herbicides, etc).
- Monitoring actions.

Cereals
Cooperative Los Remedios - Picasat has a section Grain campaign 5 reception points (Campillos, Olvera, Villalones center, Forest and Jerez de la Frontera).
Cereals include Durum Wheat, Soft, Barley, Oats and Triticale, also a very important quantity of oilseeds and protein crops recepciona.
Livestock services
They are part of a Cooperative 300 livestock with various livestock production: beef cattle, ovine, Iberian pork and goat fundamentally. The farms are located mainly in the Sierra de Cádiz, encompassing farmers across the province of Cádiz, Sevilla and Malaga.
Most farms are closely linked to the land, making use of natural resources and living in areas of high ecological value such as natural parks "Sierra de Grazalema" and "Alcornocales". Many of them are in regime "green", sustainable production and obtaining a high quality.
Remedies-Picasat has a cattle center in the Agrifood Complex "The clay pits", located in Olvera, where are most of facilities for managing the different livestock activities developed.
BOVINE
This section form a 120 beef cattle farmers, which they have the facilities that the cooperative has to step in the value chain and feed their calves together in both existing Community cebaderos.
Pasteros provide farmers calves 200 kg 6 months of age, be managed to reach the bait weight of sacrifice to be marketed together.
I have a feedlot located in Olvera and another in Alcalá de los Gazules. Both have a capacity of approximately 1000 calves, attacked mercilessly in their facilities 3000 heads to the year. The main races that are managed are Retinta, Limousin, Charolais in purity and their crosses.

SHEEP AND GOATS
This section form a 200 meat sheep farmers. It has a typing center and fattening lambs located on the premises of Olvera. The capacity of this center is about 2.000 lambs, producing a 25.000 heads to the year.
Within the section there are two models of operation. On the one hand farmers who use the facilities such as typing, having primed the animals on their farms and providing the lamb ready for commercialization. On the other hand there are farmers who use the facilities as cebadero itself and bring lambs from 14 Y 20 kg to be primed and marketed.
There is no clearly defined race predominates in the area, but increasingly it is being imposed Segureña race as genetic basis on farms.
Remedies-Picasat has its own collection of goat milk, from various routes. Annually we exceeded 3,5 million liters. This milk is marketed through the Group DCOOP with other 7 cooperatives, totaling an annual volume of more than 50 Million liters.
PORCINE

Veterinary services
From the Veterinary Service attempts to address the problems that farmers usually have on their farms related to the health of their animals, highlighting the following areas:

OIL
Virgin olive oil produced in the mill of Los Remedios comes from the most traditional crop in our Sierra. The olive tree represents the germ of which the company emerged and is still considered basis of the regional economy.

Cooperative Los Remedios-Picasat manages and promotes the sale of cereals for livestock, the manufacture of semolina and seed multiplication.
