From the Cooperativa Los Remedios Picasat, we want to inform all its partners and farmers in the region, that from the day 10 August we will start the Almond harvesting campaign as we have been doing in previous years.
As a novelty this year we have the incorporation of a new almond processing line, decapitating the received and dried almonds in the esplanade of soleo.
The processing line has yields of 8.000 kg / hour of almonds for pickling, with a system of continuous weighing of the almond shell obtained by the farmer. After weighing the almond, the process continues to the "soleo" area., in an esplanade executed for this purpose of about 800 m2, with the aim of lowering the humidity to a 6%.
