The period of request for aid to the Agricultural Machinery Renovation Plan for the period 2019 intended for the acquisition of the following types of new machines, of according to the article 4 of the Royal Decree 704/2017, from 7 of July:
a) Tractors.
b) Automotive Machines: of harvest, application of phytosanitary products and fertilizers, slurry tanks excluded.
c) Trailed machines or suspended: direct seeder, spreader, product application equipment phytosanitary, slurry tanks with product location systems in soil (bars and discs (for ground application), flexible tubes (hoses) the rigid (for application just to the ground), as well as systems slurry localization on the ground regardless of the tank)
Applications may be submitted until 15 September 2019.
It should be remembered that both in the acquisition of machinery eligible for subsidy, as well as in the delivery of obsolete machinery in an authorized center, ending its useful life, This must be in conditions of use and not abandonment, depending on the ITV, that must be in force and with result favorable. In the event that the machinery must be registered in the ROME will have to have a first registration date, in addition to:
1.º In the case of tractors prior to 1 January 2002: have kept the inscription in said registration in the applicant's name, at least, from the 1 of January of 2016.
2.º In the case of machines agricultural automotive prior to 1 of January of 2007: have maintained the registration in the ROMA to Applicant's name, at least since 1 of January of 2016.
3.º In the case of seeders, cisterns for slurry application, product application equipment phytosanitary and fertilizers, at least, from the 1 of January of 2016.
