THE 70% OF THE BASIC PAYMENT AND THE 70% OF THE GREEN PAYMENT

In these dates, and if no incidents have arisen, CAP applicants have already received part of their grants. We explain below how these payments have been structured.
The two advances entered include the payment of the 70% two helplines: the Basic Payment and the Green Payment. The amounts corresponding to the rest of associated aid, as well as 30% remainder not included in advances, will be received in future payments.
The payment has been divided into two phases:
Phase 1, first week of november: It corresponds to 70% Basic Payment.
Phase 2, second-third week of November: It corresponds to 70% of the Green Payment.
The version of rights that has been taken into account for the payment of the advance is a provisional allocation, because it does not include transfers made in 2015 nor requests to the National Reserve, and also takes into account the inadmissible areas that were declared in the campaign 2015.
Basic Payment Rights have been assigned to 249.398 farmers. Of these assignees, around the 85% they have received advance, Meanwhile he 15% remaining are blocked by field controls or additional controls. It must be borne in mind that the transferors 2015 (farm transmitters) that maintain activity have been blocked in the payment, as the assignments in which they are involved have not yet been resolved and therefore run the risk of incurring undue payments.
