DOCUMENTATION FOR INSPECTIONS

Oct 5, 2015 | FARMING, CATTLE RAISING | 0 comments

IT IS NECESSARY TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT BY ALL FARMERS-LIVESTOCKERS WHO RECEIVE AID FROM THE BOARD

In recent months, inspections have been carried out in the field by different agencies dependent on the Junta de Andalucía, and it is expected that they will continue to exist in the future.
To expedite and comply with all the requirements that the aid requested from the Board requires, certain documentation must be submitted, that should always be at hand. These documents are:
– Phytosanitary application card of the person who makes the application.
– Invoices of having purchased the products (liquids, products to cure,….).
– Proof of having delivered the containers of said products at the clean point.
– Private agreement between the owner of the plot and the person who makes the application in the field.
– Technical documentation of the application machinery (vats, liquid bars,…..) and their reviews, in case of having passed them.
– Daily logbook.
If you have any questions, you can consult the cooperative's technicians
