Los Remedios-Picasat is going to launch a series of oil tastings, initiation level, open to all members of the Cooperative who so wish. The objective is that both farmers and consumers of our extra virgin olive oil know the characteristics of the product and the particularities surrounding the extraction of this "green gold". They will also be able to assess other matters no less important such as packer preferences., distributors and consumers, the influence of pests on the crop or the impact of these factors on the final price of the olive.
Interested persons can register by contacting our technician Gilberto Gómez at the facilities of the Cooperative in Olvera. The tasting sessions will be developed according to the demand received.
