LA ALMAZARA OPENS NEXT DAY 19 OCTOBER
The day 19 October will open the oil mill to start a new olive harvesting campaign, and therefore it is appropriate to remember some rules that will help the correct development of this.

This distribution is likely to be modified by the staff according to the needs.
Other rules remain valid for this campaign are:
Obligation to respect the safety deadlines of phytosanitary products in the case of having carried out treatments. It is also recalled that is mandatory treatments and products authorized according to specifications of the manufacturer (dose, dates, pests, etc.)
The trailers, boxes, bags, in short, any other means of transporting olives, they must be clean, and containers that have been used for the transport of phytosanitary products must be rejected, fertilizers, medicines, etc.
· No type of machinery should travel on top of the olives. (vibradoras, chainsaws, desbrozadotas, etc.) and fuels, lubricants, etc. that can cause contamination in the fruit and in the oil.
For the same reason, it is necessary to check the hydraulic circuits of tractors and trucks and the leaks of passenger cars..
In the case of organic olives, it is mandatory to deliver the current Certificate of Conformity issued by the appropriate control body..
· The flight olive must be delivered daily in order to avoid fermentation and alterations that affect the quality of the oil.
