THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING APPLICATIONS ENDS NEXT 30 OF APRIL
As in previous Campaigns, We want to inform all partners of the DEADLINES and NOVELTIES to be able to process the aid in this campaign

1.-UNIQUE APPLICATIONS: START DATE: 15/03/2016
FINAL DATE: 30/04/2016
2.-TRASNFERENCIAS
Basic Payment Rights (DPB) Leases, Buy and sell, Inheritances,… FINAL DATE 30/04/2016
3.- SIG-PAC allegations END DATE 30/04/2016
4.- Livestock communication on the census of their farms:before the 1/03/16
5.- End of March / April: definitive communication to all recipients of their Basic Payment Rights (DPB), with deadline to be determined to be able to allege
WHAT'S NEW:
Regarding unique requests, basically it remains in the same terms as the previous campaign (2015). Maybe, and as a reminder, It is convenient to insist on several mandatory concepts for all applicants:
– ACTIVE FARMER: agricultural income other than that received by subsidy represents, at least, the 20% of your total farm income in the three most recent tax periods available.
– AGRARIAN ACTIVITY: which can be credited through production, breeding or cultivation of agricultural products, including harvest, He ordered, animal husbandry, or by maintaining agricultural areas in a suitable state for pasture or cultivation.
– GREEN PAYMENT: agricultural practices that farmers will have to respect and that are: Crop diversification - Maintaining pastures - Having an area of Ecological Interest
It could be said that the most innovative thing is in the field of Basic Payment Rights Transfers (DPB) between farmers:
A) In order to carry out the assignment of Basic Payment, it is necessary that the rights have been definitively assigned to their holders (before the 1 April 2016) .
B) DPB can only be assigned within the same Basic Payment region where said rights have been assigned. The sale or lease may be made with or without land
C) Withholding will only be applied to assignments for sale or lease of landless rights, what will be of 20% . Such withholding will not be applied in these cases.:
– Sale or definitive assignment of all Basic Payment rights without land in case of transferors with total basic payment amounts lower than the 300 €
– Sale or definitive transfer of Basic Payment Rights without land to a farmer who starts farming.
WE WANT TO ADD THAT THERE ARE STILL MANY ISSUES ON WHICH THE COUNCIL OF AGRICULTURE SHOULD SPEAK. ON THE OTHER HAND, TO CURRENT DATE, WE STILL DO NOT HAVE DEFINITIVE ANSWERS FROM THE COLLABORATING ENTITIES. NEVERTHELESS, FROM THE COOPERATIVE WE WILL TRY, WITH THE COLLABORATION OF ALL, RESOLVE THE MANY DOUBTS THAT MAY ARISE.
